We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.

If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied by contacting us at return@posterpie.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact our customer support at returns@posterpie.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description.

While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at return@posterpie.com within one week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!
